This Privacy Policy describes how the Beauty AI mobile application and website handle information when you use our app, website, support, subscriptions, AI styling tools, wardrobe features, virtual try-on, and shopping recommendations. Beauty AI is operated by David Voskanyan ("Beauty AI", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Information We Use
Beauty AI may use the information needed to run the app: account identifiers, email address, photos or images you upload, wardrobe items, outfit history, saved looks, style preferences, size or fit preferences you choose to add, support chat text messages, device details, subscription status, app usage events, diagnostics, language, region, and location data if you allow a feature that needs it.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to provide AI outfit generation, virtual try-on, wardrobe organization, outfit planning, style feedback, product and Amazon shopping recommendations, support, safety, fraud prevention, debugging, analytics, and app improvement.
We may use user data internally to improve Beauty AI and its AI features. We do not sell personal information and we do not use user photos or account data to train third-party AI providers or their public models.
You can manage photo, camera, location, and notification permissions in your device settings.
3. Service Providers and Analytics
We do not share personal information with data brokers and we do not sell personal information. We use limited service providers only when needed to operate Beauty AI, including cloud hosting, AI processing, Amplitude analytics, crash diagnostics, support tools, Apple, Google, and Amazon-related shopping features.
Amplitude helps us understand app usage and improve the product. Amazon product cards and shopping recommendations may show or open third-party product information; if you interact with Amazon or another store, that store may handle your activity under its own policies.
Service providers may process data only to provide services to Beauty AI and must protect it appropriately.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. Beauty AI does not receive or store your payment card details and does not directly control billing, subscription cancellation, refunds, or store payment disputes. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a subscription, use your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting your Beauty AI account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account inside the Beauty AI app. After account deletion, Beauty AI immediately deletes your account data, uploaded photos, wardrobe items, saved looks, outfit history, app profile data, and support chat text messages from Beauty AI systems. We do not keep a separate server copy of your account data after deletion.
Store transaction records may remain with Apple or Google because those payments are handled by the app stores, not directly by Beauty AI.

6. Age Ratings
Beauty AI follows the age ratings shown in the Apple App Store and Google Play. This Privacy Policy does not create a separate minimum age. If a parent or guardian wants to remove an account or related data, the account can be deleted inside the app.
7. Updates and Contact
We use encryption in transit and reasonable technical safeguards to protect information. We may update this Privacy Policy when Beauty AI changes or when legal, store, or technical requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page. If you have privacy questions, email beautyai.team@gmail.com.
