Website cookies and analytics — updated October 24, 2026
David Voskanyan, based in the United Arab Emirates, operates beautyai.app; contact team@beautyai.app. The public website does not ask you to upload photos or create an account. These website rules supplement the app and kiosk sections below.
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, for audience statistics and clicks to our app-store listings and social profiles. It processes page views, interactions, browser/device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization in our tag and keep advertising consent denied. User-level and event-level Analytics data is retained for 14 months without resetting that retention period on new activity; aggregated standard reports may be retained longer. We remove arbitrary URL query strings, fragments and external referrer paths from the page information our tag supplies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, photos or form contents to Analytics.
Google Analytics starts automatically on website pages without an on-site cookie-consent prompt or cookie controls. The website no longer reads earlier consent choices or uses Global Privacy Control to disable its analytics tag. Browser privacy settings, content blockers and Google Analytics opt-out tools may prevent collection; the website does not override those tools. Articles and app-download links do not require an Analytics cookie to work.
Storage: _ga and _ga_* identify visitors/sessions for up to 180 days without renewal on every visit. The former beautyai_privacy_choice localStorage record is no longer read or written by this website; an unused older record may remain until browser storage is cleared. beautyai_download_origin in sessionStorage temporarily carries the originating page for download statistics (read for up to 2 minutes, removed at the redirect, or cleared with the tab). beautyai-theme remembers a theme you select; beautyai_sticky_download_state remembers a minimized download card during the tab session. These interface preferences are not analytics identifiers. Fonts are hosted by us.
The website does not perform an IP-to-country lookup or request device location to decide whether to start analytics. Google Analytics may derive approximate location as described above. Our hosting server also processes IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser information in security/access logs, normally rotated daily with 14 rotated files. New consent-choice receipts are no longer collected. Historical receipts contain a random receipt ID, time, choice, language, policy mode and privacy-signal status; older receipts may also contain an approximate country. They contain no IP, user agent or browsing history and remain subject to the existing retention period of up to 210 days. Operational logs support site delivery, security and applicable obligations.
Recipients include our hosting provider (AWS, US infrastructure) and Google for automatic website analytics. Google may process information in the United States and other countries. Google’s Analytics processing and transfer terms are linked below. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact team@beautyai.app for these requests, retention criteria, applicable processing grounds or transfer-safeguard information. We do not use website analytics for advertising, data brokerage, or decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Amplitude接收使用事件、设备及会话标识符、登录后关联账号的应用ID，以及语言、国家、订阅状态等属性。事件过滤器会从Amplitude事件中排除姓名、邮箱、照片、对话原文、精确位置和广告标识符，但关联账号的分析并非匿名。Meta App Events衡量应用活动及广告效果。iOS的广告标识符使用和广告跟踪取决于ATT授权，但未使用该标识符时仍可能发送事件。Android广告标识符取决于平台可用性及设置。Apple Ads将可用的广告活动信息与用户获取关联。Firebase/Google及Apple支持登录；Firebase Cloud Messaging和Apple推送服务提供可用且获准的通知。网站Cookie选择不控制这些移动SDK。设备权限、跟踪和通知可在系统设置中管理。
造型师对话、转写文本、偏好及相关图片可能为继续对话和保存功能而保留，关闭页面并不删除全部记录。清空对话会重置其当前上下文；删除账号会移除有效的造型师记录。技术日志、归因、反馈和交易记录适用各自的保留期限；独立的身份验证、分析或支付提供方的全部记录不会自动删除。客服消息及有限的账号、状态上下文可用于AI回复或工作人员审阅，运营通知可能通过Telegram发送。如需访问、删除剩余个人记录或了解保留期限与提供方，请联系team@beautyai.app。
1. 我们使用的信息
Beauty AI 可能会使用运行应用所需的信息：账户标识符、电子邮件地址、你上传的照片或图片、衣橱单品、穿搭历史、保存的造型、风格偏好、你选择添加的尺码或合身偏好、支持聊天文本消息、设备详情、订阅状态、应用使用事件、诊断信息、语言、地区，以及如果你允许某项需要位置的功能时的位置数据。
Beauty AI Kiosk 的店内造型流程无需顾客账户。会话期间仅临时处理所选语言、造型需求、服装尺码、选中的店内商品、生成结果，以及仅在选择真人试穿时使用的裁剪人脸照片。
2. 我们如何使用信息
我们使用这些信息来提供 AI 穿搭生成、虚拟试穿、衣橱整理、穿搭规划、风格反馈、产品和 Amazon 购物推荐、支持、安全、欺诈预防、调试、分析和应用改进。
在法律以及您的同意或设置允许的情况下，Beauty AI 可能使用您提供的内容（包括偏好、衣橱数据、照片、生成结果、保存的造型和反馈）评估、改进和训练 Beauty AI 自有模型与功能。Kiosk 的临时人脸照片会在会话结束时删除，不会为长期模型训练保留。
你可以在设备设置中管理照片、相机、位置和通知权限。
3. AI处理及服务提供方
Beauty AI的AI工具帮助理解造型需求、挑选衣服及生成穿搭图像。服务会在需要时使用外部AI处理提供方。Beauty AI Kiosk会在发送个人数据前显示说明并请求明确许可。
可能发送给 Beauty AI 的数据包括造型需求、所选服装尺码、选中商品和款式的标识、相关商品描述和图片，以及当前或之前的造型图。若选择真人试穿，还会发送临时裁剪的人脸照片；选择模特模式时不会发送照片。
AI请求会发送给相关提供方以执行请求的处理。提供方也可能依据API条款为安全和防滥用处理信息。保留及使用规则取决于服务及配置，详情请联系team@beautyai.app。设备权限本身并不授权无关的广告或模型训练。
Amplitude 帮助我们了解应用使用情况并改进产品。Amazon 产品卡片和购物推荐可能会显示或打开第三方产品信息；如果你与 Amazon 或其他商店互动，该商店可能会根据其自己的政策处理你的活动。

删除你的 Beauty AI 账户不会自动取消有效的 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。
5. 账户删除
删除账号会从应用系统中移除有效账号、上传的照片、衣橱、已保存穿搭、历史、个人资料及客服聊天记录。单独保存的反馈和删除原因（包括关联的姓名和电子邮箱），以及发送到Telegram的运营通知，可能仍会保留。技术日志和应用商店记录适用各自的保留期限。如需删除剩余个人记录或无法访问应用，请联系team@beautyai.app。删除账号不会取消商店订阅。
商店交易记录可能会保留在 Apple 或 Google，因为这些付款由应用商店处理，而不是由 Beauty AI 直接处理。

6. 年龄分级
Beauty AI 遵循 Apple App Store 和 Google Play 显示的年龄分级。本隐私政策不设立单独的最低年龄。如果父母或监护人想要移除账户或相关数据，可以在应用内删除该账户。
7. 更新和联系
