Privacy

Famni shares location only after explicit consent. You select a family, precision and foreground or background sharing. Members cannot enable sharing for another adult. Approximate sharing hides precise routes and place information.

Free history is retained for at most 2 days; family subscription history for at most 30 days. You can delete history and your account in Settings. HTTPS protects transport. The server processes coordinates for family sharing and alerts; this is not end-to-end encrypted.

Processors may include hosting, Apple Maps, Google Maps, Apple/Google stores, RevenueCat and Expo push. Coordinates are not sold or used for advertising. Launch is adult-only; child accounts require a future approved guardian policy.

This local policy draft must be reviewed for the legal entity, launch countries, support contact and backup retention before release.
